Our Fairbrae Children’s Carnival is coming up on Sunday, August 28th at 2:00 PM.
The event was a HUGE success last year because a group of teens from Fairbrae came together and worked hard to make the carnival a very special event for all the younger children of the club.
This year I am asking for HELP again from our amazing teens (7th graders and up). This year I would like to see the teens create a carnival game from start to finish. I want the teen to think about a fun game and then create it from items around the house and bring it on the day of the event. Games from the past year were: ring toss, hole in one golf, bean bag toss, basketball hoops and many more. Anne can help the teens with ideas if needed. The teen would need to be available to attend the event on Sunday, August 28th and run their game during the festivities from 1:30-3:30 PM. All teen volunteers will receive a small gift of appreciation.
PARENTS- Please get your teens involved, they will truly enjoy helping the smaller children of the club!
