City Planning Permit Granted: Today (Jan 14) our plan was part of the agenda at the Sunnyvale planning committee meeting update. Great news: the proposal was approved! This is something we have been working toward for many months and it is a major milestone in the rehab process. The next step is to get approval for our building permit. We have already responded to previous city feedback, so we are hopeful that the building turnaround is weeks, rather than months. We will keep you posted as we hit more rehab project milestones.
