We have all of our planning permits, Fire Prevention, and Green Halo Approval, and one Building/Architectural permit complete. We are still waiting for Sunnyvale’s structural consultant to complete their review of the final two aspects of the building permit. We hope this will come through soon. We committed to holding off on construction until August 17th, so as soon as we get the “Green Light” on those final permits, we will alert members and let them know dates for club closure. Note that we will work with the contractors to keep spaces (pool and courts) open until they need them clear of members. We’ll keep members posted on closures and timeline.
