We have received the third round of plan check comments from the city. Our major concern regarding the number of required fixtures was resolved. There are two remaining open items that the City requested that we/Habitec address. One is, supplemental information required on the special inspection form, and should be easy to resolve. The other is a difference of interpretation between Habitec and Shums Coda (the City’s reviewer) regarding seismic lateral analysis. We hope that they are able to resolve this soon.
On August 31st, board members and Alex met with representatives from RDL on site, and they are ready to schedule our project once the final permits come through. For members, this means that nothing will start until at least September 21st. Enjoy the club until then, and we will keep you posted on plans and progress.
