Pictures don’t look dramatically different this week. Rehab continued, but smaller details compared to the big removals of the previous several weeks. Pool draining started. Scheduling surveyors so ground can be leveled with improved trench drainage and grading. As we uncover the Fairbrae’s “underworld,” we identify new issues to address. A specific example is the discovery of water in the electrical line leading to one of the pool lights. Underneath the improved decking, these are the kinds of small details that the rehab will address. RDL is now able to work on a more detailed schedule for the project. We’ll keep you posted here.
