Rehab Update for Sept. 25, 2026
Demolition continued this week. Bill Torres from RDL is overseeing the work and is in close contact with Alex and the board. Wood decking and much of the pool deck are has been cleared. The main round of demo inside the club is scheduled to finish next week. Bill explained that the foundation work will start at the furthest point from the equipment entry point (S. side of parking lot by trash dumpsters) and they will work their way inward. Bill manages sub-contractors and creates/updates work schedules. At today’s check-in, Bill felt the demo was proceeding on schedule.
